You have the right to return purchased products and request replacement or refund within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Upon delivery, we recommend that you personally inspect the product and confirm that the packaging remains intact.
The product to be returned must:
- be in excellent condition as received
- not have been used
- be accompanied by the original receipt
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
A second exchange of already exchanged products is not permitted.
The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
In case of product return, the buyer is responsible for:
(a) with the costs of transporting the product
(b) with the bank transfer costs in case of a refund.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you may request replacement within 5 working days without additional charge.
Color variations due to semi-precious stones are not considered defects.
