You have the right to return purchased products and request replacement or refund within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.<\/p>

Upon delivery, we recommend that you personally inspect the product and confirm that the packaging remains intact.<\/span><\/p>

The product to be returned must:<\/span><\/p>

  1. be in excellent condition as received<\/span><\/li>
  2. not have been used<\/span><\/li>
  3. be accompanied by the original receipt<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
    A second exchange of already exchanged products is not permitted.<\/p>

    The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.<\/span><\/p>

    In case of product return, the buyer is responsible for:<\/span>
    <\/span>(a) with the costs of transporting the product<\/span>
    <\/span>(b) with the bank transfer costs in case of a refund.<\/span><\/p>

    The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.<\/p>

    Defective Products<\/b><\/p>

    If you receive a defective product, you may request replacement within 5 working days without additional charge.<\/p>

    Color variations due to semi-precious stones are not considered defects.<\/p>
